In addition, when using particular Wis Wedding Planner, LLC services, you shall be subject to any guidelines or rules applicable to such services as may be posted from time to time anywhere on our website. By using Wis Wedding Planner, LLC you unconditionally agree to these Terms of Use.

Wis Wedding Planner, LLC is not affiliated with the advertisers who utilize this website. Wis Wedding Planner, LLC is not responsible for the claims or representations made by any of the advertisers utilizing its website, and all visitors to the website acknowledge that Wis Wedding Planner, LLC assumes no responsibility for these claims or representations. Any questions or concerns regarding the products and services of the advertisers utilizing this website should be directed to the advertiser, and not Wisconsin Wedding Planner, LLC.

Certain sections or pages on Wis Wedding Planner, LLC may contain separate terms and conditions of use, which are in addition to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. In the event of a conflict, the additional terms and conditions will govern for those sections or pages.

Terms and Conditions of Use for Advertisers

Wis Wedding Planner, LLC provides its service to you, subject to the following Terms of Use, which may be updated and amended by us from time to time without notice to you. In addition, when using particular Wis Wedding Planner, LLC services, you shall be subject to any guidelines or rules applicable to such services as may be posted from time to time anywhere on our website. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy. By using Wis Wedding Planner, LLC you unconditionally agree to these Terms of Use.

1)  All advertisers, upon payment of any , listing or advertising fees, agree that they have thoroughly researched our website prior to making payment for these fees. All advertisers agree to fully comply with the Terms herein, and as may be amended from time to time in the sole discretion of Wis Wedding Planner, LLC. The fees paid are non-refundable.

3)  It is optional that advertisers place our reciprocal banner that links to our website on their homepage, at no cost to Wis Wedding Planner, LLC.

4) Each advertiser represents and warrants that the information provided to Wis Wedding Planner, LLC is current, accurate and complete, and Wis Wedding Planner has the right to rely on the accuracy and completeness of such information.

5)  Wis Wedding Planner, LLC assumes no responsibility for the products and services offered by advertisers utilizing its website. Each advertiser is fully responsible for its own products and services, and agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold Wis Wedding Planner, LLC and its employees, agents, heirs, assigns, and insurers harmless from any and all claims arising out of the use of the advertiser's products or services, or any contractual relationships between the advertiser and its customers or potential customers, including but not limited to the payment of any costs and reasonable attorney's fees incurred by Wis Wedding Planner, LLC in defending against such claims.

6) All advertisers shall provide Wis Wedding Planner, LLC with a current e-mail address, and shall promptly notify Wis Wedding Planner, LLC of any changes in their e-mail address.

7) You may not allow anyone else to use your email address and you may not use anyone else's email address while using the service. You agree to notify Wis Wedding Planner, LLC immediately of any unauthorized use of your email or any other breach of security. Wis Wedding Planner, LLC will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply. You further agree not to use the Service:

a) for any purpose in violation of local, state, national, or international laws;

b) to request the purchase of firearms;

c) in a manner that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others or on the privacy or publicity rights of others;

d) to transmit, post or make available any information, data, text, files, links, software, chat, communication, or any other materials that are unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, invasive of another's privacy, harassing, defamatory, slanderous, vulgar, obscene, hateful, racist, embarrassing or otherwise objectionable to any other person or entity as determined by Wis Wedding Planner, LLC in its sole discretion;

e) to transmit, post or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "Spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation;

f) to impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;

g)to post improper responses;

h) to 'stalk' or otherwise harass another;

i) to distribute viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer or telecommunications equipment; or

j) to engage in any other conduct that inhibits any other person from using or enjoying Wis Wedding Planner, LLC and which negatively affects the user experience.

10) In the event that any dispute arises between Wis Wedding Planner, LLC and any advertiser over these terms, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration before a single arbitrator to be held in Green Bay, Wisconsin, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 788 of the Wisconsin Statutes. In the event that the parties cannot agree on an arbitrator, each shall nominate an arbitrator, and the two nominees shall select a third person, who shall serve as the arbitrator. The costs of the arbitration shall be shared equally by the parties, provided, however, that the arbitrator shall have the authority to award reasonable attorney's fees to the prevailing party. The arbitration shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin .

The owners/copyright holders of these photograph(s) grant permission to Wis Wedding Planner, LLC to use the photo(s) in the following manner:
For editorial and professional/educational purposes Wis Wedding Planner, LLC may reproduce the photograph(s) in their Wedding Photo Gallery CD as well as publications, web pages, advertising, trade, promotional presentations for an unlimited period of time.

Wis Wedding Planner, LLC will include photographer credit in their identification material (which may include Business Name, Address, Phone, Email, and Website) on the photograph(s) and will endeavor to see that proper credit is given to the photographer by all media.

I affirm that the photograph(s) submitted are original on my part and that I am sole owner of such materials, and that neither such materials nor the permission granted hereby infringe upon the right of others.
